What is 3D Graphy ?

3D GRAPHY LLP is a company promoting 3D technology in India for last decade to educate dental and medical fraternity to benefit from the technology. It was inaugurated by the former minister for Industries. The primary goal is conduct training, events and offer innovative platforms including services through our 3D Graphy Associate Corporate Members. And the membership is encouraged with a strong network of 3d technology companies, 3D Service providers and also end users the doctors, surgeons, researchers, material scientist and entrepreneurs who have joined our consortium.

3D GRAPHY LLP – is one of the first company in India to have activated different platforms. The platforms include 3D GRAPHY ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP, 3D GRAPHY EVENTS , 3D GRAPHY TRAINING , 3D GRAPHY SHOP MART, 3D GRAPHY LAB & 3D GRAPHY FRANCHISE SERVICE CENTRE And each platform has a unique proposition to offer the customers. The platform has 3D technology companies, 3D technology service providers and end users all join the 3D Graphy Consortium as 3D Graphy Associate Members. The platforms is for activating services and business in B2B, B2C and C2C.

3D Technologies we are currently promoting includes 3D Printers, 3D Scanners, 3D Imaging, 3D Software, 3D Simulation, 3D Visualisation – Augmented reality, Virtual reality, Mixed reality and Materials both in polymer and metal.

What is 3D Printing & 3D Visualisation ?

3D Printing is also called Additive manufacturing, Rapid Prototyping and DIGITAL MANUFACTURING.
How does this operate? In 3D printing, the first step is to make a virtual design of the desired object, and subsequently the virtual design is made in a CAD file by using a 3D scanner or by obtaining a CT or MRI file of the patient. The next step is 3d modelling and design to further get the 3D file to print it; the 3D modelling software is then directed to the 3D printer to create the object layer by layer. It is a process of making 3D objects using plastic, metal and composite materials. There is a great deal of R & D going into the various materials to ensure it can be used for various requirements. And for medical sector the materials need to be biocompatible and approved by FDA. It is estimated that the global 3D printer and the service market for medical will grow at a CAGR of 29.8% during the period 2023-2028. In the Dental & Medical Specialisation 3D Printing is used for Customised anatomical model for treatment planning, surgical guides, clear aligners, dentures, sleep apnea, splints, stents, obturators, dental coping, bridges, fixtures, Prosthetic, orthosis braces, hearing aids and many other innovative medical appliances. In metal using titanium we have dental implants, orbital floor, orthopaedic Implants, pectus implants, spine implants, intramedullary implants, sternum implants, sacrum implants, toe implants and other patient specific implants.
3D Visualisation consist of technologies like Augmented reality , Virtual reality (VR), Mixed reality ( MR) including Extended reality ( XR).
3D Visualisation is a revolution in the medical and health care field. Innovation and technology have increased the scope of several medical centers and hospitals. The prime ways that reflect the extended reality are augmented, virtual, and mixed reality and these are helpful in the betterment of healthcare centers.
This reality enables surgeons to look beyond the human body and check the organs thoroughly. The technology allows them to reach even the smallest part of the body and study that via X-rays and 3D structures. It is also helpful in teaching other students and increasing their retention power. Many AI startups help in visualizing and diagnosing the human organs. Thus the extended reality has been an immense support in the medical field and also empower the young generation to provide the betterment in everyone’s life.
